• Attend a monthly meeting and purchase one. 

 Due to the consistent abuse of some members bringing the same non-members to use the facilities on a regular basis, bringing a guest is no longer permitted without a “Guest” card. If you would like to bring a “Guest” to use the facilities or shoot on the grounds under the standard membership categories and would not fall under a family membership guidelines,you will need to buy an annual guest card which is the same cost as an Adult membership. This card will allow you to bring one extra person with you at any time. 

Note: Non-members (guests) are still required to be accompanied and supervised by the active member that purchased the named Guest Card and that sponsoring active member is responsible for that guest complying with all HSCA rules and safety guidelines.

Non–members are permitted to participate in club sanctioned events only.  e.g. Sporting Clays, IDPA, USPSA, Cowboy Action shooting, or other sanctioned events.

Anyone desiring to use the trap house can contact Tom Bennett 24 hours in advance to arrange access. 

 Membership Dues Increase update.
The findings and recommendations were reviewed resulting from the feasibility study at the April 9th meeting.
•A  lengthy discussion ensued.
•Proposal: Increase the membership dues beginning 2019 as recommended by the Board of Directors and Officers of the Hollidaysburg Consolidated Sportsmen’s Association.

Results – 23 YES 0-NO

Positively no pistol or rifle shooting on any skeet or trap field except field #2 unless it is a scheduled / sanctioned event. All pistol and rifle shooting on field #2 must be from within the block wall area on field.
